Citizens of each of these countries are qualified to work in Canada with a Youth Mobility, Young Workers Exchange, or Working Holiday Visa. Some of these visas can be complex and require that interns have written job offers before they come to Canada - we help with that. Our company will screen your interns, prepare them for interviews, and arrange placements for them in any of 2 dozen different professions - all before they set foot in Canada.

'PLUG AND PLAY' INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

Vancouver Internships provides paid professional, unpaid professional, and working holiday-style internship and work experience programs for international students. We currently work with some of Vancouver's largest ESL schools, and have a successful track record of on-time internship placements in more than two dozen exciting and rewarding fields.

By working with our company, your school will gain immediate access to fully developed work experience and internship programs, including marketing materials, policies and procedures, and training for your marketers, agents and staff.

BUILT WITH YOUR INDUSTRY IN MIND

There are two kinds of internships arranged for career colleges: those under PCTIA regulations, and those under Immigration Canada regulations. PCTIA internships comprise no more than 20 percent of the period of studies - these are our unpaid internships. Immigration Canada internships happen when your international student has finished their studies, when they've been with you for more than 8 months. These are people who likely plan on staying in Canada long term. For them, we have the paid internship program.

Our courses can be fully integrated into your school, or can stand apart as an option for students who may prefer to try and find their own internship first. We don't take a 'one size fits all' approach. We understand the Career College sector is diverse, and we can be as diverse as you are.
